Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Package Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
